En tant que Sp\xc3\xa9cialiste Approvisionnement, vous planifierez, organiserez et contr\xc3\xb4lerez les activit\xc3\xa9s li\xc3\xa9es \xc3\xa0 l\'achat de biens et de services pour toutes les alumineries d\'Alcoa Canada. Ce r\xc3\xb4le rel\xc3\xa8ve directement du Gestionnaire Senior, Commodit\xc3\xa9s indirectes localis\xc3\xa9e aux Canada.

Le mandat principal de ce r\xc3\xb4le vise \xc3\xa0 soutenir l\'achat de biens et de services en optimisant la valeur de processus pour Alcoa (prix, qualit\xc3\xa9, co\xc3\xbbt de possession, service, etc.). Pour ce faire, vous agirez en tant que support aupr\xc3\xa8s des gestionnaires, r\xc3\xa9pondant aux diff\xc3\xa9rentes demandes de l\'organisation ou de ses clients internes. Vous serez \xc3\xa9galement appel\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 mener activement des recherches, des analyses, des n\xc3\xa9gociations, la r\xc3\xa9daction, le suivi et la mise en \xc5\x93uvre de contrats d\'approvisionnement avec des fournisseurs.

Principales responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:

  • Collaborer avec les co\xc3\xa9quipiers et avec les diff\xc3\xa9rents d\xc3\xa9partements impliqu\xc3\xa9s dans le processus d\'approvisionnement;
  • Agir en tant que personne-ressource aupr\xc3\xa8s des fournisseurs et des clients impliqu\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 toutes les \xc3\xa9tapes du processus;
  • Cr\xc3\xa9er une relation de confiance avec les fournisseurs de biens et services;
  • Effectuer les suivis du service client pour assurer l\'efficacit\xc3\xa9 des processus;
  • Utiliser et optimiser les approvisionnements des groupes de processus existants;
  • Participer ou diriger le d\xc3\xa9veloppement de nouveaux outils d\'approvisionnement;
  • Prendre en charge toutes les demandes directes des gestionnaires, des clients internes et des fournisseurs en les analysant, en proposant des solutions et en assurant le suivi des actions qui en d\xc3\xa9coulent;
  • Contribuer \xc3\xa0 r\xc3\xa9duire les co\xc3\xbbts d\'acquisition des biens et services;
  • Assurer un processus selon les objectifs \xc3\xa9tablis par le groupe corporatif;
  • D\xc3\xa9velopper des strat\xc3\xa9gies d\'achat prenant en compte les contraintes internes des usines tout en contribuant \xc3\xa0 optimiser la valeur;
  • Diriger ou participer au d\xc3\xa9veloppement de contrats nouveaux et existants;
  • Conduire ou participer \xc3\xa0 diverses r\xc3\xa9unions et produire des rapports et / ou suivis appropri\xc3\xa9s;
  • Assurer la mise en \xc5\x93uvre, la conformit\xc3\xa9 et les exigences de surveillance pour les achats;
  • Participer \xc3\xa0 diverses formations et pratiques (int\xc3\xa9grit\xc3\xa9, acheteur, proc\xc3\xa9dures, etc.);
  • Effectuer d\'autres t\xc3\xa2ches connexes li\xc3\xa9es au bon fonctionnement du processus d\'approvisionnement;
  • Effectuer une analyse de march\xc3\xa9 pour d\xc3\xa9velopper des strat\xc3\xa9gies d\'approvisionnement;
  • Collaborer \xc3\xa0 la cr\xc3\xa9ation d\'objectifs d\'\xc3\xa9conomies et r\xc3\xa9aliser la mise en \xc5\x93uvre et le suivi des actions pour atteindre ces objectifs;
  • S\xe2\x80\x99assurer que les \xc3\xa9conomies sont enregistr\xc3\xa9es et suivies;
  • Effectuer des t\xc3\xa2ches afin de respecter ou d\'\xc3\xaatre en de\xc3\xa7\xc3\xa0 des limites budg\xc3\xa9taires allou\xc3\xa9es;
  • Effectuer une analyse d\xc3\xa9taill\xc3\xa9e des donn\xc3\xa9es afin d\'obtenir diverses informations utiles sur la performance des diff\xc3\xa9rents dossiers (tendances, co\xc3\xbbts estim\xc3\xa9s, \xc3\xa9conomies estim\xc3\xa9es, etc.);
  • D\xc3\xa9velopper et mettre en \xc5\x93uvre des indicateurs de performance pour s\'assurer que la performance des fournisseurs et / ou des processus, r\xc3\xa9pond ou d\xc3\xa9passe les attentes.
Profil recherch\xc3\xa9:
  • BAC ou DEC dans une discipline connexe (administration, logistique, etc.). Une formation DEP pourra \xc3\xaatre consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e si combin\xc3\xa9e \xc3\xa0 une exp\xc3\xa9rience significative en lien avec le poste;
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un poste/domaine connexe, en approvisionnement, logistique, n\xc3\xa9gociation, etc.;
  • Excellente connaissance des langues fran\xc3\xa7aise et anglaise (parl\xc3\xa9es et \xc3\xa9crites).
  • Ax\xc3\xa9 sur le travail d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe et les relations clients;
  • Poss\xc3\xa8de une bonne capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler sous pression;
  • Bonne gestion du temps et fait preuve d\xe2\x80\x99autonomie;
  • Avoir une connaissance du syst\xc3\xa8me ORACLE et/ou de ARIBA est un atout.
  • Connaissance des logiciels suivants \xc2\xabMicrosoft Office\xc2\xbb (connaissance approfondie d\'Excel et d\'Outlook).
  • Agent de leadership et de changement.

Conditions de travail:
  • Temps plein (40 heures/ semaine).

As the Procurement Specialist, you will plan, organize, and control activities related to the purchase of goods and services for all plants of Alcoa Canada. This role directly reports to the Senior Manager Indirect Commodities located in Canada.

The primary mandate of this role is to support the procurement of goods and services by optimizing the process value for Alcoa (price, quality, cost of ownership, service etc.). To do this, you will act as a support to managers of facilities, meeting different demands of the organization or its internal customers. You will also be called to actively conduct research, analysis, negotiation, drafting, monitoring and implementation of procurement contracts with suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teammates and with the various departments involved in the procurement process.
  • Act as a resource person with suppliers and customers involved in all stages of the process.
  • Create a relationship of trust with suppliers of goods and services.
  • Follow up customer service to ensure process efficiency.
  • Uses and optimizes existing process group supplies.
  • Participate in or lead the development of new procurement tools;
  • Take care of all direct requests from managers, internal customers and suppliers by analyzing them, proposing solutions and ensuring follow-up actions arising.
  • Contribute to reducing the costs of procurement of goods and services.
  • Make sure to work according to the objectives given by the corporate group supplies.
  • Develop procurement strategies taking into account internal stresses plants while helping to optimize the value.
  • Lead or participate in the development of new and existing contracts.
  • Conduct or participate in various meetings and produce reports and / or followed appropriate.
  • Ensure the implementation, compliance, and monitoring requirements.
  • Participate in various training and practice (Integrity, buyer, procedures, etc.).
  • Perform other related tasks related to the proper functioning of the procurement process.
  • Perform market analysis to develop procurement strategies.
  • Collaborate in the creation of savings targets and perform the implementation and monitoring of actions to achieve these objectives.
  • Ensure that all economies are recorded and tracked.
  • Complete tasks in order to meet or be short of budget allocated limits.
  • Perform detailed data analysis in order to obtain various useful information in the performance of different folders (trends, estimated costs, estimated savings, etc.).
  • Develop and implement performance indicators to ensure that the performance of suppliers and / or process meets or exceeds expectations.
Knowledge / Experience Required :
  • Bachelor / College degree in a related discipline preferably accompanied by years of relevant experience for the position. DEP may be considered if combined with significant experience related to the position;
  • Excellent knowledge of the French and English languages (spoken and written).
  • High flexibility to adapt to changing business environments, initiatives, and customer needs.
  • Strong Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of the following software \' Microsoft Office\' (depth knowledge of Excel and Outlook).
  • Has a good ability to work under pressure;
  • Good time management and demonstrates autonomy;
  • Knowledge of ORACLE and ARIBA is an asset;
  • Skills and knowledge in project management.
