The Well-being Specialist’s primary responsibility is to support Rogers Well-being programs primarily the Disability Management function.
The role will involve management and execution of a range of activities to minimize employee absenteeism, support timely return to work and influence the well-being of employees at work. Understanding of disability management programs such as Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD) and Workers’ Compensation (WC), and experience working with third-party adjudicators and insurers will support success.
The Specialist will be based in the York Mills and will report to the Team Manager, Well-being.
