Under direction from the Manager, Transit Operations & Maintenance This role plays a part in supporting the delivery of safe, reliable LRT service to the community. This role brings a level of technical and functional oversight and support to the operation and preparation for in service state of LRT Systems. The role is on the front line as the first point of contact between stakeholders. This role provides support to provide customers with high-quality transportation through safe, fast, on-time, andefficient service delivered under contract agreements. Maintains customer-first focus within the LRT programs.
