Job Summary

The role is to provide governance within a scope of technology under their responsibility to ensure quality and coherence of solutions through the systems evolution. Responsible for the development, implementation and support of the IT solutions in a scope of technology. The Expert needs to be enthusiastic, driven, conscientious, and accountable and a natural leader as well, with the ability to foster these values within the department.
The role of Specialist IT Workplace Management is responsible for ensuring that the Business, including CN employees at all levels including Executives, in a particular geographical territory have appropriate and timely accesses to IT products and services. The Specialist participates in the delivery of IT projects by ensuring a proper integration of solutions and provide s end users with support and guidance to IT product and services.

Skills in: Windows workstation, 365 desktop apps, exchange / outlook, Azure, M365
