Job Summary:
Service is the foundation of everything we stand for at Vail Resorts and our Ski School team is no
exception to facilitating this experience of a lifetime. Responsible for ensuring smooth business
operations, Ski School Administrative Specialists are organized team players ready to assist with any of
our operational or guest needs.
Job Specifications:
Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $28.43/hr
Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
Shift Type: Full Time hours available
Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:
Manage all scheduling needs of our large group of Instructors, across many programs
Communicate with varies stakeholders across the snow school
Ensure the snow school is full staff to meet business needs
Resolve challenges with urgency and empathy
Work with snow school leadership and Instructors during lesson roll out
Support Training Supervisor with reporting, tracking, and scheduling
Maintain organization and cleanliness of Ski and Ride School business offices.
Assist employees with questions regarding HR related issues maintaining confidentiality
when working with sensitive information.
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Proven ability to work well within a team
Administrative work experience preferred
Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications
Must be able to communicate fluently in English
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $28.43/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
