Overview

Our Lawton\'s Drugs network of retail stores in Atlantic Canada is searching for 3 (three) Specialists who will focus on retail execution. These roles will bring our company values to life; Customer Driven, Results Oriented and People Powered through supporting retail operations to ensure alignment in processes, impact, timing and coordination of initiatives; implementing change while minimizing negative impact to the stores. The team will be considered a centre of excellence for our retail colleagues. The Specialist, Retail Execution roles will be based out of x1 Nova Scotia, x1 New Brunswick/PEI, and x1 Newfoundland.

The Specialist of Systems Optimization and Support is responsible for the maintenance, development and optimization of all key store systems.

Individual accountabilities are:

  • Act as the technical SMEs with knowledge of key systems (CAO, FIM, ISP/POS, Kronos, etc.) in all Full Service and Community banners
  • Share knowledge with other team members to maximize overall team effectiveness in supporting change and usage of key systems
  • Triage questions from DOs, MROs on existing systems and tools
  • Support creation of SOPs, design of, technical training, development of technical curriculum
  • Ensure optimal customer service standards are upheld in team call center by fielding technical questions
  • Integrator on systems and process training needs
  • Participate in continuous improvement of team analytics by ensuring that any system changes that may impact reporting are identified and managed
  • Ensure all reports are accurate and issued to the business on time
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all configuration changes required for the tools we support
  • Liaise between stores and the format leads to create a feedback loop that lead to the execution of business plans presented by format leadership
  • Monitor compliance and performance of all stores/banners/formats and engage with format leads on opportunities
  • Support Director of Operations & District Operator and assist in removal of barriers to the execution of superior customer service
  • Participate and drive engagement within the team
  • Deliver a useable product to stores and on time
  • Ensure all stores/banners/formats are using systems correctly
  • Collaborate with and support project team members to achieve success with their assigned work
  • Maintain the \xe2\x80\x9cgo live tracker\xe2\x80\x9d by ensuring all system changes hitting the stores are recorded and impact to store operations is minimized
  • Monitor all system changes to ensure pilots and deploys are handled effectively with a focus of mitigating risk to the business
  • Ensure adherence to government regulations (including OHS Standards)

Job Requirements
