Role description

Key Responsibilities



Own the roadmap and architecture of our test automation approach and test suites for



our software products



Collaborate with development product and operations teams to understand



requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage



Identify document and track software defects and work with developers to resolve



them



Lead by example write reference code and pair with the development team



Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure highquality testable code



Should have hands on experience and same time can lead and support internal team on Automation



Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product



quality and team efficiency



Qualifications



5 years of experience in software testing and automation



Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or JavaScript



Experience with test automation tools and frameworks eg Selenium



JUnit TestNG Hands on JIRA



Experience and strong understanding of executable specification and behavior driven



specification



Strong understanding of different types of testing and their scope and characteristics



Smoke tests API Testing UI Testing Pen Testing etc



Strong understanding of software development life cycle SDLC and modern



declarative CICD



Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail



Strong communication and collaboration skills



Preferred Qualifications



Experience with performance and load testing tools eg JMeter LoadRunner



Familiarity with modern declarative CICD pipelines and tools eg Azure DevOps



GitLab CI



Knowledge of cloud platforms and services eg AWS Azure Google Cloud



Experience with containerization and orchestration tools eg Docker Kubernetes

Benefits

Compensation range: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
