He/she will be the point of contact for Business Development teams and store operations teams for all matters concerning affiliated merchants\' POS systems.Your rolePlan POS system conversions for new stores with the Business Development team, Store Operations and external service providers.
Provide in-store user support, in collaboration with external service providers, to ensure successful system conversions.
Participate in the training of in-store users and be the point of contact for any questions relating to Dealers\' POS systems.
Maintain system documentation and POS-related training courses.
Participate, as an expert, in various POS system development and improvement projects.
Ideally, travel to various network stores to support system conversions and user training.
Keep abreast of industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.The qualifications we are looking for5 years\' relevant experience
Excellent collaborator with the ability to maintain good relations with internal teams, customers (Dealer stores) as well as external service providers
Knowledge of OMNI, OGC, OGASYS and Eagle cash register systems
Ability to manage tight deadlines
Good communicator
