Summary

Our Sales Enablement Team supports pricing strategy for Bell\'s Consumer sales channels by retrieving, analyzing, and summarizing data using programming tools.The successful candidate will develop business intelligence, optimize effectiveness, and predict business outcomes. A core contribution of this role is identifying and interpreting trends in order to build and prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations to support decision making. The Planning and Reporting Specialist is accountable for providing sales analysis as it pertains to Pricing Execution. This specialist will also champion effective communications, processes, reporting and other key requirements. Maintains information of sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use analytical techniques to process large volumes of data from multiple sources;
  • Prepare recommendations to ensure successful pricing launches;
  • Manage projects end to end that will improve the effectiveness of campaigns;
  • Work closely with sales channel and pricing team;
  • Produce regular reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis;
  • Perform post-mortem analyses with actionable learnings for future projects;
  • Track competitive daily Pricing changes;
  • Present analysis to executive audiences.
Critical Qualifications
  • 3 year\'s experience in Reporting, Data Analysis, or a related field;
  • Strong programming skills with knowledge of BI Tools (ex. MicroStrategy, SAS), Python. List your programming competencies;
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel including macros, VBA and power query;
  • Strong analytical, time management, and data-visualization skills;
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part as a team;
  • Occasional Saturday morning support will be required (hours will be offset during the week).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education/ background in Data Analytics or related field.
