As a

Specialist, People & Values Operations

you will:


Operational Excellence (60%)




Demonstrate a passion for streamlined processes and automation to enhance the candidate and employee experience and deliver business value. Own, improve, and document key People & Values workflows (e.g. onboarding, job changes, offboarding) and process documentation. Execute duties with precision, impacting the candidate and employee experience by demonstrating a commitment to high-quality work. Lead benefits administration for Canada and the US, including enrolments, changes, and vendor support Manage internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely data and documentation. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company guidelines, and industry best practices. Provide project management support for People & Values projects and initiatives as required.

Contractor and Contract Management (40%):




Manage end-to-end contract administration for freelance/contingent hires: agreements, extensions, and tracking Ensure contractor processes are seamless, timely, and compliant Act as liaison between hiring teams, legal, and finance for all contract-related workflows Partner with Talent Acquisition to maintain a smooth and professional onboarding experience Work with internal teams to support continuous improvement in how we attract, hire, and onboard

Your Background:




2-4 years of experience in HR operations, people systems, or people analytics Strong systems thinking and a passion for process improvement Advanced Excel skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint as needed) Experience with process-mapping tools (like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized with strong prioritization skills and attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through Collaborative and service-oriented with a focus on delivering a great employee experience Comfortable learning new tools and adapting in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams Experience with platforms such as UKG, DocuSign, or Formstack is strongly preferred
