Job Description
Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Bilingual Senior CMO & SBB Processor for a Bank (French & English) to join their team.
Job Title: Bilingual Senior CMO & SBB Processor (French & English)
Location: Toronto, ON - (Hybrid with once a week in the office)
Timing: Mon-Fri 10am to 6pm
Pay Range: $26.50/hr
Duration: 1 year contract
What's the Job?
- The Senior Processor, CIBC CMO & SBB Onboarding is accountable for performing after sales service support to Business Banking products customers, both internal and external
- Creating and maintaining CMO Profiles for Clients
- Entering data into the system to complete the profiles
- Understand the customer needs and take responsibility for the execution of customer requests
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both verbal and written.
- Professionalism while communicating with clients
- Independent judgment and decision-making skills based on established guidelines.
- Computer literacy
- Relevant experience working with Small Business Banking customers
