As part of the National HR team within Business Enablement Services (BES), the Employee Experience Centre of Excellence focuses on key moments that matter through the talent development lifecycle--including onboarding, performance development, employee listening and engagement, and leadership milestone programs.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Milestone Programs, this role is primarily responsible for the operational planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of our suite of Leadership Milestone Programs and National Onboarding Experience. While the focus is on learning program support, you will also contribute to event logistics and execution for major program events.
