Position Summary:
JBH will be implementing Epic's Hospital Information System (HIS) in partnership with St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton (SJHH). We are looking for a passionate and skilled Interprofessional Practice Readiness Specialist to help drive this transformation and ensure safe, efficient, and practice-aligned adoption of Epic across our clinical and non-clinical teams.
Reporting to the Chief Nursing & Allied Information Officer (CNAIO), the incumbent will serve as a critical link between technical teams and frontline operations. The Interprofessional Practice Readiness Specialist will provide hands-on, practice-facing support for impacted workflows during Epic implementation and throughout the post-go-live stabilization period. By building staff readiness and optimizing workflows, the Interprofessional Practice Readiness Specialist will play a critical role in equipping JBH teams to deliver safe, standardized, and digitally enabled care.
