Are you a programmer and developer by nature looking to make your mark on new software applications?

You will be working in a product team and will design, enhance, and maintain all aspects of the D365 F&O (Retail & Wholesale ERP) application that supports our Petro-Canada retail and wholesale locations.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience with MS Dynamics 365 (D365) and/or Dynamics AX technologies, capabilities, and best practices

Experience implementing large CRM and (Retail & Wholesale) ERP solutions

Expertise within any D365 modules: financials & accounting, budgeting, retail & wholesale, sales orders, procurement, cost accounting, transportation

Experience in version control, branching, unit testing, performance profiling, debugging, and reading / writing technical documentation

Strong working knowledge of database concepts, including indexing, query plans and query hints, locking, transaction isolation levels, and normalization

Ability to communicate directly with business and technical stakeholders to identify needs, troubleshoot problems, collaborate on new designs, and write technical documentation

Responsibilities:

Technically steward the configuration and/or customization of MS Dynamics 365 (F&O primarily)

Ensure technology designs and implementations solve clients' requirements and challenges while also acting as primary point of contact for D365 related questions and issues

Analyze complex requirements, and develop IT strategies and multi-technology solutions that are aligned with industry-accepted best practices, while staying abreast of changes and opportunities as they pertain to D365 F&O (Finance & Operations)

Support development, implementation, application enhancements and upgrades

Create relevant documentation as required including conceptual design, logical and physical designs, bill of materials, as-built diagrams, knowledge transfer materials, FAQs, and transition to operations information.

Create and present team changes to change management team and ensure reliable operations and maximal uptime

Location and other Key Details:

You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 - 6th Ave S.W.

Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
