Overview:

We are looking for a Specialist, Contract Management to support Strategic Sourcing teams and Business Units by providing clear insights into contract status, risks, and expiries. In this role, you will draft and negotiate contract terms, Statements of Work (SoW), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while ensuring leadership is kept informed of key updates. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Sourcing teams to manage the full contract lifecycle, contribute to category reviews with market and risk analysis, and engage directly with suppliers on revisions and compliance.

Here's what you'll be focusing on:

Support contract management process across all lines of business. Manage contract intake process and prioritize contract sequencing. Collaborate with Legal in developing contract templates for all business functions. Develop a mechanism to efficiently safeguard templates and all related documentation. Develop and maintain a contract terms database based on existing and new contracts, ensuring visibility into scope, risk, spend, etc. Develop monthly reporting to monitor and flag contract terminations to Strategic Sourcing Managers and the business. Develop best practices for contract KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure proper tracking and alignment with contract language. Review RFP documentation to ensure compliance with internal Legal requirements and provide feedback to Strategic Sourcing and business teams on template use for RFx and contracts. Collaborate with Legal on contract reviews, final documentation, and contract sign-off. Collaborate with Legal on contract retention and signatures.

What you should have:

Undergraduate degree and 5+ years of experience in contract management. Strong background in contract drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment. Experience with contract lifecycle management tools; familiarity with SAP Ariba is highly preferred. Solid understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and savings methodologies, with the ability to reflect these in contracts. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously. Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, KPIs, and SLA tracking.
