The Specialist, Channel Compensation - Sales Compensation Strategy is a strategic contributor who supports and manages Bells Partner Compensation Strategy and the Compensation design-to-deployment process. A hybrid of traditional jobs in compensation, finance, sales operations, and strategic planning, this role is critical to supporting the Partner channels.
