Guidewire Integration Business System Analyst

Working Model

:

Hybrid - Onsite: 3 day's Work from Office - 2 days mandatory Tuesday & Wednesday, 1 day flexible any day from Monday, Thursday, or Friday.

Required Experience:

Technical Skills (Primary):

Skilled in creating interface specifications data mappings and process flows Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Ability to work independently Guidewire Certification Niseko specialization preferred 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Guidewire integration across modules PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter. As a Guidewire Integration BSA you will play a key role in enabling seamless connectivity between Guidewire applications PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and external systems. This position focuses on delivering integration solutions that support business operations regulatory compliance and customer experience Strong understanding of Guidewire integration architecture including web services SOAPREST messaging and batch processing Skilled in creating interface specifications data mappings and process flows Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Experience working with external vendors quoting platforms broker management systems BMS and other third-party systems Knowledge of PC insurance products and workflows Proficiency in MS Office Visio and JIRA strong grasp of Agile methodology Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements Facilitate cross functional meetings and workshops to drive alignment and resolve integration challenges Create and maintain process flows data mappings and technical documentation using tools like Visio and JIRA Support data mapping transformation logic and interface specifications between Guidewire and external platforms eg quoting systems broker management systems financial systems Ensure all integration deliverables meet compliance audit and risk standards maintaining traceability and documentation throughout the lifecycle

Technical Skills (Secondary):

Collaborate with developer's architects QA teams and third-party vendors to design and validate integration touchpoints ensuring data consistency and system interoperability Analyze and document impacts to business processes and downstream systems resulting from integration changes Provide effort estimates and manage task assignments across integration workstreams

Benefits

Compensation range: $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
