Your Role:
Communicate, coach and train Tim Hortons, KFC and Pizza Hut restaurant staff to achieve brand standard operational excellence, support national training initiatives and be involved in new employee orientation processes.
Aggressively develop and retain staffing levels for restaurants; commit to selection process; monitor and optimize restaurant-level staffing to ensure shift efficiencies are met.
Strictly uphold audit standards and take decisive action to resolve issues, ensuring continuous improvement in operational performance.
Maximize the gross profit of stores by hitting targeted restaurant sales and through the understanding and controlling of all restaurant costs.
Proactively and consistently, manage all in-store employee and customer relations issues generated through guest experience surveys.
Collaborate and communicate with key operations team members on proposed changes to restaurant compliance, recruitment, training, scheduling, reporting and promotions.
Travel to markets 90 to 120 days per year to audit performance, train and coach staff, ensure the delivery and superior operational execution of Tim Hortons programs.
Desired Skills & Experience:
3 or more years of successful multi-unit management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry;
Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction;
Exceptional team building capability;
Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of all levels of restaurant staff;
Market awareness and a strong retail perspective;
Specific knowledge and experience working with Microsoft products with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel;
Highly self-motivated with extraordinary communication and organization skills
