Your Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and ship all service and non-production parts to ensure 100% customer on-time delivery
Communicate with other departments regarding inventory needed and/or part issues
Pack shipments to customer specifications
Create Bills of Lading, customs paperwork and schedule freight carriers
Maintain an orderly and accurate service parts inventory
Coordinate and ship all special orders including supporting ship notices for non-production shipments being exported
Order shipping supplies such as packaging, boxes, foam wrapping etc. to support service and special orders
Track container shortages for all necessary customers
Obtain SMART numbers and other customer requirements for container shortages
Complete supporting documentation for container shortages
Enter container receipts/BOL into required customer systems
Assist Production when required to gather equipment/tools to run service parts
Be familiar and properly utilize all customer portals and/or applications that are relevant to executing this role effectively
Raise awareness if there is a quality concern but are not quality control
All other relevant duties as assigned
Key Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent of education
College/University degree preferred but not required
Excellent organization, planning, communication and interpersonal skills
Valid Drivers\' License & Valid Forklift License (or a willingness to obtain)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite products Extremely detail oriented
Capable of working independently or in teams and ability to work under pressure
Capable of making decisions and not afraid to ask questions
Positive and professional attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Knowledge of procedures, policies and MOS\'s
