We are looking for a motivated Special Finance Manager that truly cares about our customers. You are passionate about solving your customers unique situation and delivering the best vehicle for them. You have previously worked in car sales or automotive finance. A beacon of trustworthiness and a happy-to-help attitude, you thrive in a collaborative environment. Your teammates can always count on you to go the extra mile, ensuring a supportive and cohesive team dynamic.

What's the opportunity?

We're glad you asked! You will be taking Non-Prime and near prime all the way through the car buying and financing experience. You will be involved all the way from the initial lead through vehicle selection, sales, and financing via our brand-new digital brand, ShopCar.

What you need

1-2 years automotive sales experience required Finance and customer service experience is required Complete understanding of the Dealertrack portal is required Committed to on-going professional development Prior Subprime experience required Amazing customer service skills resulting in complete customer satisfaction Valid driver's license Knowledge of PBS and VAuto is considered an asset
