General Summary: The Sales Information Specialist is responsible for addressing the daily needs of the sales force and serves as an administrator of the organizations Sales Force Management System (SMS). In this role the individual is tasked with keeping the retail sales force informed and productive by maintaining accurate and user-friendly SMS and Business Warehouse systems. Further responsibilities include the validation of wholesaler Invoices and bill back documents. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary Contact for Sales Rep Inquiries
Validate and load all monthly wholesaler TSA files into SMS
Perform all Key Account rate changes/updates in SMS system
Perform all Banner/Key Account changes and rate updates in SMS
Assist with design, implementation and testing of SMS modifications with IT consultant and FFS team
Provide \xe2\x80\x9cHelp Desk\xe2\x80\x9d support to Sales Rep\xe2\x80\x99s on SMS, Cognos Analysis Studio Business Warehouse and Veeva
Provide all required regulatory reporting (Provincial/CRA, etc.) that requires TSA data or in some cases Ex-Factory data
Provide monthly back up for retail professional allowance payments made to customers
Management of customer documentation portals and routing of claims
Validation of Wholesaler Invoices and Bill Back documents
Other Projects as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Customer service centric approach
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Can work independently, as well as, in a team environment to achieve goals and targets
Solid computer skills (MS Office including intermediate Excel), ERP experience an asset (preferably with SAP)
Background and Experience:
College Diploma preferred in accounting or business
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or customer service
