Vous avez une experience dans l'aeronautique, vous avez travaille dans la maintenance avion ou en support d'avions en ligne et vous souhaitez evoluer et developper de nouvelles competences? Ce poste est pour vous !


Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Specialiste Systeme Maintenance Embarque (Service a la clientele - Ingenierie en Service A220), pour rejoindre notre equipe d'ingenierie en service basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous travaillerez conjointement avec l'equipe d'integration et le centre de reponse a la clientele A220.


Vous ferez partie de l'equipe d'ingenierie en service chargee de developper des solutions techniques pour les avionneurs et produire des documents ingenieries pour supporter les retours en services des avions.


L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.


Votre role en tant que Specialiste Systemes Maintenance Embarque sera de monitorer la flotte des avions A220, etre la voix du client pour remonter leurs difficultes et proposer des mitigations et solutions en collaboration avec les equipes integrations et les fournisseurs.

Vos defis :



Repondre aux questions techniques et de depannage des clients, qui impliquent la resolution d'un large eventail de problemes en service a long terme ; Proposer des solutions techniques aux problemes en service que rencontre les compagnies aeriennes; Analyser des donnees des avions enregistrees et interpreter les resultats; Gerer les bases de donnees du systeme de maintenance embarquee, OMS (creation, mise a jour, relache...); Analyse de la logique de diagnostique et configuration des equations de pannes des systemes de l'avion; Aider les clients et les techniciens de maintenance a interpreter les donnees de l'OMS; Assurer le suivi des configurations des differentes base de donnees de l'OMS; Mettre a jours les rapports ingenieries de l'OMS.

Votre profil :



Vous possedez un diplome en genie avionique, mecanique ou un diplome equivalent; Un minimum de trois (3) ans d'experience dans le support client ou les operations aeriennes (controle de maintenance/ingenierie et/ou gestion de flotte/support technique de flotte); Vous avez une bonne connaissance des systemes d'aeronefs et etes capable de faire preuve de bon sens dans vos activites quotidiennes; Comprehension des protocoles de communication avioniques (ARINC 429, discret, analogiques, Bus, AFDX...); Vous avez des capacites organisationnelles exceptionnelles et de solides competences en informatique, une bonne maitrise de EXCEL ou Google Sheets est un atout; Vous etes un joueur d'equipe avec de solides competences en communication (verbale et ecrite) et vous avez un esprit logique et analytique; Etre fluide a la fois en anglais et en francais (parle et ecrit) est requis.
Ce poste peut impliquer des deplacements professionnels dans le monde entier.


Deplacements requis : Deplacements occasionnels en Amerique du nord et a l'etranger.


Possibilite d'astreinte pendant les week-ends et/ou les periodes de vacances.

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for an Onboard Maintenance System (OMS) Specialist (Customer Services - A220 In-Service Engineering) to join our in-service engineering team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada). You will work closely with the integration team and the A220 Customer Response Center.


You will be part of the in-service engineering team responsible for developing technical solutions for operators and producing engineering documentation to support aircraft return to service.


Our team structure is designed to foster cross-functional collaboration in an autonomous environment, where mutual support and shared learning are key.


Your role as an Onboard Maintenance System (OMS) Specialist will be to monitor the A220 fleet, act as the voice of the customer by raising issues, and propose mitigations and solutions in collaboration with integration teams and suppliers

.

Your challenges:



Respond to technical and troubleshooting questions from customers, involving the resolution of a wide range of long-term in-service issues; Propose technical solutions to in-service problems faced by airlines; Analyze recorded aircraft data and interpret the results; Manage OMS (Onboard Maintenance System) databases: creation, updates, and releases; Analyze diagnostic logic and configure fault equations for aircraft systems; Assist customers and maintenance technicians in interpreting OMS data; Monitor the configuration of various OMS databases; Update OMS engineering reports.

Your profile:



Degree in Avionics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer support or airline operations (maintenance control/engineering and/or fleet management/fleet technical support); Solid knowledge of aircraft systems and ability to apply sound judgment in day-to-day tasks; Understanding of avionics communication protocols (ARINC 429, discrete signals, analog, buses, AFDX, etc.); Strong organizational and computer skills; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is a plus; A team player with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a logical, analytical mindset; Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is required.
This position may require occasional international travel.


Travel required: Occasionally within North America and internationally.


On-call availability may be required during weekends and/or holidays.
