Nous recherchons un(e)

specialiste de la remuneration globale

, rigoureux(se) et bien organise(e), pour appuyer l'administration et l'execution des programmes de remuneration de l'entreprise. Le candidat ideal offrira un soutien technique et des conseils dans des domaines tels que les structures salariales et les systemes RH. Ce role est essentiel pour garantir que nos programmes de remuneration globale sont competitifs, conformes et alignes sur les objectifs de l'entreprise.

Responsabilites principales :



Repondre aux questions et resoudre les problemes lies a la remuneration globale, en provenance des gestionnaires, employes, centres d'expertise (COE) et autres equipes des services RH, en utilisant un systeme de gestion des cas pour le suivi et les reponses ; Realiser des analyses de remuneration quotidiennes, des analyses a grande echelle et des audits mensuels de la remuneration pour les employes salaries et horaires ; Preparer et publier les echelles salariales avant la planification annuelle de la remuneration (ACP) ; Soutenir la planification annuelle de la remuneration en repondant aux demandes des RH, en effectuant des audits prealables aux augmentations, et en produisant des tableaux de bord ; Appuyer les processus lies a la remuneration incitative, selon les besoins ; Repondre aux demandes syndicales concernant les revisions de grade et les evaluations d'emploi ; Collaborer avec le cabinet PWC Remuneration globale sur les projets de conformite, comme les obligations provinciales en matiere d'equite salariale ; Assurer une application coherente des politiques et pratiques RH grace a des processus standardises, des modeles et des guides de documentation.

Qualifications requises :



Baccalaureat en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe ; Minimum de 2 ans d'experience en RH, avec un accent sur les relations avec les employes, la conformite ou les operations RH ; Experience avec la suite Microsoft (notamment Excel), les outils de gestion des cas, les systemes RH (p. ex. Workday) et les bonnes pratiques de documentation ; Maitrise

parfaite du francais et de l'anglais

, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit ; Excellente maitrise de Microsoft Excel et de l'analyse de donnees.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Total Rewards Specialist

to support the administration and execution of our organization's benefits programs. The ideal candidate will provide technical and counselling support in areas such as salary structures, and HR systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our total rewards programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with company goals.

What You Will Do



Resolves escalations related to benefits provider interfaces, monitors providers' key process indicators, and manages any metrics issues Researches and resolves Total Rewards questions and issues from managers, employees, COE's, and other People Services teams, utilizing case management system for response and tracking; Tests benefits re-enrollment systems and resolves escalations; Responsible for retiree monitoring and pension provider interface; Conducts new hire benefits sessions on-site; Performs monthly benefits invoice audits; Participates in lean events and automation activities to improve customer experience and process efficiency; Assist on benefit data analysis (Inspire program) and total rewards compliance mandates Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Minimum 2 years HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, compliance, or HR operations Experience with Microsoft suite (specifically Excel), case management tools, HRIS systems (e.g., Workday), and documentation best practices. Must be fluent in both English and French, both spoken and written language
