Le ou la
Specialiste principal(e) des ventes sortantes et responsable du succes client
dirige le developpement des ventes et la relation client pour l'ensemble des produits et services Vendogram.
Le poste combine prospection strategique, developpement de partenariats, gestion du cycle complet de vente, fidelisation et recherche d'opportunites de financement au Canada et aux Etats-Unis.
Responsabilites principalesDeveloppement des affaires
Elaborer et executer une strategie de prospection multicanal pour identifier et convertir de nouveaux clients (parents, ecoles, CEGEP, universites, startups, entreprises).
Effectuer entre 60 et 80 activites de contact quotidiennes (appels, courriels, LinkedIn).
Conduire des rencontres de decouverte, demonstrations et presentations de valeur; conclure des ventes a fort impact.
Gerer le pipeline avec rigueur et atteindre les objectifs trimestriels de croissance.
Succes client
Assurer l'integration, la satisfaction et la fidelisation des clients.
Developper les relations a long terme et identifier les opportunites de renouvellement et de montee en gamme.
Collecter temoignages et etudes de cas pour soutenir les efforts marketing et la notoriete de Vendogram.
Recherche et programmes publics (10 a 15 % du temps)
Rechercher et qualifier les subventions, programmes et partenariats lies a l'education, a la formation, a l'innovation et a l'IA.
Communiquer avec les organismes gouvernementaux pour confirmer l'admissibilite et les echeances.
Maintenir une base de donnees des programmes pertinents et recommander des actions concretes a la direction.
Marketing et rayonnement
Contribuer a la visibilite de la marque a travers les reseaux sociaux et les evenements.
Participer a des salons, ateliers et conferences pour representer Vendogram.
Collaborer avec l'equipe marketing pour concevoir des campagnes et generer des leads qualifies.
Deplacements et presence terrain
20 a 30 % de deplacements

The
Sr. Outbound Sales Specialist & Client Success Lead
drives business growth and client success across all Vendogram offerings.
This is a full-cycle sales and relationship management role, combining prospecting, pipeline development, strategic account management, and funding research in both Canada and the United States.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Build and execute a targeted outbound strategy across families, schools, CEGEPs, universities, startups, and corporate teams.
Conduct 60-80 outreach activities per day (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
Lead discovery sessions, demos, and presentations; close high-quality deals.
Maintain a disciplined, transparent pipeline and achieve quarterly growth objectives.
Client Success
Manage onboarding, renewals, and upsells for existing clients.
Ensure satisfaction, retention, and measurable impact for each engagement.

Grants and Public Program Research (10-15%)
Identify grants and funding opportunities related to education, training, innovation, and AI.
