Relevant du Gestionnaire Senior, Marketing, vous serez responsable de renforcer le developpement de la marque en creant des contenus ecrits et graphiques captivants sur diverses plateformes, en accord avec la strategie marketing. Agir en tant qu'expert du comportement client en identifiant, evaluant et comprenant l'experience client de bout en bout, les points de contact et le parcours d'achat.
Soutenir les efforts strategiques d'I-MED Pharma en developpant des supports a fort impact et des outils de vente pour le B2B/B2C bases sur les opportunites et strategies identifiees avec les equipes de Developpement de produits et de ventes.
Collaborer avec le Responsable du Marketing Digital afin d'assurer un ROI marketing optimal pour toutes les activites.
Creer du contenu original sous forme de blogs, communiques de presse, articles et publireportages.
Creer du contenu pour le site web lors des lancements de nouveaux produits et travailler avec les designers web pour mettre les pages en ligne.
Produire du materiel marketing numerique et imprime, incluant catalogues, fiches produits, brochures, promotions trimestrielles, documents d'etudes cliniques, etc.
Mettre en place des campagnes de marketing par email via Pardot.
Ajuster et veiller a ce que tous les elements visuels des presentations externes de l'entreprise respectent l'identite, les directives et les standards de la marque (couleurs, polices, logos, images, videos et design global)
Assurer la livraison en temps voulu, la coherence, le message et le ton de la marque de tous les supports marketing.
Gerer les projets et responsabilites supplementaires selon les besoins.
Exigences:
Diplome de baccalaureat en marketing, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
3 a 5 ans d'experience directe dans un role marketing.
Grande creativite, excellentes competences en redaction, developpement de contenu et revision.
Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite, ecoute active, aptitude a la resolution de conflits et coordination.
Competences tres efficaces en gestion de projets, priorisation, multitache et gestion du temps pour respecter les delais.
Excellente comprehension et connaissance pratique du developpement et de la gestion de marque.

Summary of role::
As the Marketing Specialist-Content, you are instrumental in generating growth in the company's sales by executing the multichannel marketing plans. You will play a key role in helping I-MED Pharma achieve our sales and marketing objectives from both creative and business perspectives.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing, you will be responsible for strengthening brand building by developing captivating written and graphic content across various platforms in line with the marketing strategy. Your ability to understand customer behavior within different markets will be key success factors in this role. You must be highly organized, with strong time-management and communication skills, comfortable working with senior leaders and demonstrate good judgement.
Key responsibilities include::
Act as a customer behavior expert by identifying, evaluating, and understanding the end-to-end customer experience, touchpoints, and path to purchase.
Support I-MED Pharma's strategic efforts by developing high-impact collateral and sales tools for B2B/B2C based on opportunities and strategies identified with the Product Development and Sales teams.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager to secure a strong marketing ROI for all activities.
Create original content in the form of blogs, press releases, articles, and advertorials.
Create website content for new product launches and work with web designers to get the pages live.
Create digital and printed marketing collateral including catalogues, sell sheets, brochures, quarterly promotions, clinical study documents, etc.
Set up email marketing campaigns through Pardot.
Adjust and ensure that all visual elements of the company's external presentations match the brand's identity, guidelines, and standards (colors, fonts, logos, images, videos, and overall design)
Ensure timely delivery, consistency, messaging, and brand tone of all marketing materials.
Handle projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business admin or related field.
3-5 years of direct work experience in a marketing role
Highly creative, superb writing, content development, and editing skills.
Great oral and written communication, active listening skills, good at conflict resolution & coordination
Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines
Excellent understanding and working knowledge of brand building and brand management
Proven ability to prepare marketing proposals with a blend of focused research, strategy, and creativity.
Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Proven collaborator who is both flexible and adaptable
