Specialiste - Gouvernance Corporative

est responsable d'assurer la planification, l'organisation, le controle, le suivi et le deroulement efficace des activites du secteur assurance, prevention et gestion des risques assurables en lien avec les orientations strategiques de l'organisation.



Responsabilites confiees:




Etablir et maintenir des liens avec les principaux partenaires dans l'actualisation des projets ; Supporter les nouveaux projets en fonction des orientations strategiques de la direction; Realiser des etudes, sondages, enquetes ainsi que des analyses relevant de son secteur Responsable du processus de renouvellement du portfolio; Suivi de dossier au niveaux des incidents (flotte commerciale, vols d'actifs, immobilier, flotte corporative et autre) ainsi que ceux relies a l'entreposage de biens; Faire le lien avec le courtier pour toutes modifications au portfolio et demandes de conformite (ex. certificat); Garder a jour le dossier de reclamations

Facteurs de reussite:




Diplome en administration ou autre domaine pertinent; Experience de cinq (5) annees dans un poste de support /assistance en gouvernance corporative Bonne connaissance et de comprehension des enjeux d'assurance ; Habiletes superieures en communication verbale et ecrite en francais et en anglais ; Creativite et capacite de resolution de probleme ; Sens de l'organisation et des priorites ;

Reporting to the National Director, Corporate Governance and Compliance, the

Specialist - Corporate Governance

is responsible for ensuring the planning, organization, control, follow-up, and effective execution of activities in the insurance, prevention, and management of insurable risks sector, in alignment with the organization's strategic directions.


Assigned Responsibilities:




Establish and maintain relationships with key partners involved in project implementation; Support new projects in accordance with the strategic direction of the department; Conduct studies, surveys, investigations, and analyses relevant to the sector; Be responsible for the portfolio renewal process; Monitor files related to incidents (commercial fleet, asset theft, real estate, corporate fleet, and others), as well as those related to goods storage; Serve as the liaison with the broker for all modifications to the portfolio and compliance requests (e.g., certificates); Keep the claims file up to date.

Success Factors:




Degree in administration or another relevant field; Five (5) years of experience in a support role in corporate governance Strong knowledge and understanding of insurance issues; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English; Creativity and problem-solving skills; Strong organizational and priority-setting abilities.
