Principales Fonctions et Responsabilites:



Contrat de 12 Mois Servir de principal point de contact pour les patients Communiquer avec les patients pour recueillir de l'information et les renseigner sur les services offerts par le programme Servir d'expert en remboursement dans le territoire qui lui est confie Renseigner les patients sur les services du programme, y compris, sans s'y limiter, une formation sur l'auto-injection, les options en matiere de pharmacie et le soutien au remboursement Assurer la coordination des services aux patients en temps opportun pour offrir un acces rapide et continu au traitement Travailler en collaboration avec les autres membres de l'equipe dans divers roles pour coordonner le cheminement du patient et assurer l'integration du patient Gerer tous les aspects de la couverture pour maximiser et maintenir la couverture d'assurance du medicament d'ordonnance Interagir regulierement avec les compagnies d'assurance, les pharmacies et d'autres professionnels de la sante pour offrir un soutien optimal en matiere de remboursement Coordination des ordonnances (initiales et renouvellements) Signaler les effets indesirables Autres taches connexes qui lui sont confiees

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:



12 Month Contract Key point of contact for patients Contact patients to gather information and educate patients on program services Be a reimbursement expert in his/her assigned caseload territory Educates the patient on program services, including but not limited to injection training, pharmacy options, and reimbursement support Ensure coordination of patient services in a timely manner resulting in a rapid and continuous access to therapy Works collaboratively with other team members in various roles to coordinate the patient journey and ensure patient onboarding Manage all aspects of coverage to maximize and maintain prescription drug coverage Regularly interacts with insurance companies, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal reimbursement support Coordination of prescriptions (initial and renewal) Adverse Event reporting Ad hoc duties as assigned

Exigences :

Diplome postsecondaire ou grade d'associe ou une combinaison equivalente d'etudes et d'experience est exige Bilinguisme (anglais/francais) est un atout (obligatoire pour les postes au Quebec) Experience du service a la clientele

Atouts :

Baccalaureat Experience dans le domaine du remboursement public ou prive tiers, dans un centre d'appel ou dans l'industrie pharmaceutique, dans la vente, les soins geres, le soutien clinique ou toute experience connexe, un atout Experience du service a la clientele Comprehension de l'information medicale Connaissances des programmes de remboursement publics, prives et federal Experience de l'utilisation d'un systeme de GRC un atout. Bonnes aptitudes de gestion de projets Connaissance de SalesForce.com un atout

Requirements:

Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset (requirement for province of Quebec) Experience in a customer service setting

Post-secondary education certificate, diploma, or degree an asset Experience in public or private third party reimbursement arena, call center setting or pharmaceutical industry in sales, managed care, clinical support, or related experience an asset Experience in a Customer Service setting Comprehension of medical information Knowledge of public, private and federal reimbursement an asset Previous work using a CRM system an asset Project management skills Knowledge of SalesForce.com an asset Previous work in health insurance experience an asset Previous work in pharmacy an asset

Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:



Exceptional customer service skills and phone etiquette Detail and result oriented Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent time management skills & sense of urgency Ability to collaborate effectively with program associates Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and in both English and French (oral and written) for the Quebec and New Brunswick Provinces. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to adapt to change and ambiguity Adhere to Performance Standards and Procedures required by the program
The successful candidate may have daily contacts with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients or peers from cross-functional teams.
