Vous avez une experience en ingenierie des systemes, vous avez travaille en aeronautique et vous souhaitez evoluer et developper de nouvelles competences? Ce poste est pour vous !


Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un specialiste en conception des systemes de vol automatises pour rejoindre notre equipe systemes avioniques basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).


Vous ferez partie de l'equipe systemes de vol automatises chargee de l'integration et du developpement de nouvelles solutions applicables aux systemes de guidages, autopilote et automanette (AFCS) de l'avion A220.


L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.


Votre role en tant que specialiste en conception des systemes de vol automatises sera de concevoir et d'integrer des solutions ameliorees reliees aux systemes de vol automatises de l'avion A220.

Vos defis:



Diriger et participer a la conception de systemes ameliores de guidage, autopilote et automanette (AFCS) de l'Airbus A220; Maintenir l'architecture logicielle pendant la phase de conception pour assurer son efficacite et sa durabilite; Effectuer le debogage sur environnement de simulation; Participer a la generation d'exigences, leur revision et les approbation; Aider a la redaction et la revue d'objectifs de tests; Coordonner avec diverses equipes de produits/fournisseurs integres et departements pour le developpement, la conception, la validation, la verification, les tests, l'integration, la certification et le soutien aux autorites de certification ; Rediger et revoir des rapports techniques; Participer a la Validation et Verification des requis; Participer a la preparation, la realisation et l'analyse de tests d'investigation, de developpement et de certification, notamment sur banc d'essai et plateforme de simulation. Mener des enquetes techniques, analyser et developper des solutions.

Votre profil:



Vous etes titulaire d'un diplome universitaire en genie electrique, electronique, logiciel, aerospatial ou equivalent ; Vous possedez une experience d'au moins 8 ans en conception de systemes avioniques embarques, avec bonnes connaissances en programmation et/ou SCADE et architecture logicielle ; Vous etes familier avec les principes et outils DevOps: Git, GitHub, Jira, Jenkins (un atout); Vous avez une bonne comprehension des standards et normes suivantes (ARP4754, RTCA DO-178, DO-331, ARINC 429, AFDX); Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la reglementation des systemes d'aeronefs. Vous possedez une tres bonne connaissance des systemes avioniques et plus specifiquement des systemes de guidage, pilote automatique et auto-manette. Vous avez de l'interet pour la specification, la conception, l'integration, les tests et de la certification des systemes avioniques sur aeronefs ; Vous aimez evoluer dans un cadre regule par des normes de l'industrie pour assurer un haut niveau de securite ; Vous avez l'habitude de travailler en equipe et un bon sens de l'organisation; Vous avez de solides competences en communication (ecrite et parlee).
Ce poste peut impliquer des deplacements professionnels (dans le monde entier).


Deplacements requis : Deplacements occasionnels aux Etats-Unis et a l'etranger.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for an autoflight systems integration professional to join our avionics systems team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).


You will be part of the autoflight systems team responsible for integration and development of new design solutions applicable to the autoflight systems (AFCS) for the A220 aircraft.


The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.


Your role as an autoflight systems design specialist will be to design and integrate improved solutions related to the A220 aircraft's automated flight systems.

Your challenges:



Lead and participate in the design of improved guidance, autopilot, and autothrottle systems (AFCS) for the Airbus A220; Maintain the software architecture during the design phase to ensure its effectiveness and sustainability; Perform debugging in a simulation environment; Participate in requirements generation, review, and approval; Assist in the drafting and review of test objectives; Coordinate with various integrated product/supplier teams and departments for development, design, validation, verification, testing, integration, certification, and support to certification authorities; Write and review technical reports; Participate in the Validation and Verification of requirements; Participate in the preparation, execution, and analysis of investigative, development, and certification tests, including on test benches and simulation platforms. Conduct technical investigations, analyze, and develop solutions.

Your boarding pass:



You hold a university degree in electrical, electronic, software, aerospace engineering, or equivalent; You have at least 8 years of experience in onboard avionics systems design, with good knowledge of programming and/or SCADE and software architecture; You are familiar with DevOps principles and tools: Git, GitHub, Jira, Jenkins (an asset); You have a good understanding of the following standards and norms (ARP4754, RTCA DO-178, DO-331, ARINC 429, AFDX); You have a good understanding of aircraft systems regulations. You have a very good understanding of avionics systems, more specifically guidance, autopilot, and autothrottle systems. You are interested in the specification, design, integration, testing, and certification of aircraft avionics systems; You enjoy working in a framework regulated by industry standards to ensure a high level of safety; You are experienced in teamwork and have good organizational skills; You have strong communication skills (written and spoken).
This role may involve some travels for business (worldwide).
