Nous sommes actuellement \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'un(e) sp\xc3\xa9cialiste en communication et image de marque qui participera activement \xc3\xa0 la communication interne et externe du studio en collaboration avec notre directeur des communications.

D\xc3\xa8s le d\xc3\xa9but de votre aventure avec nous, vous serez appel\xc3\xa9(e) \xc3\xa0 :

• Planifier et mettre en \xc5\x93uvre des initiatives d\'image de marque et des strat\xc3\xa9gies de communication pour accro\xc3\xaetre la notori\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 de Gameloft Montr\xc3\xa9al dans l\'industrie du jeu, tant au niveau local que national;
• Collaborer \xc3\xa0 d\xc3\xa9velopper les contenus pour les plateformes num\xc3\xa9riques et les m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux pour mieux faire conna\xc3\xaetre ce qui se passe chez Gameloft Montr\xc3\xa9al, y compris des mises \xc3\xa0 jour sur nos offres d\'emploi actuelles;
• Planifier et g\xc3\xa9rer les calendrier \xc3\xa9ditoriaux du studio;
• Cr\xc3\xa9er et livrer les \xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9ments visuels num\xc3\xa9riques pour nos besoins quotidiens de communication interne et externe;
• Participer \xc3\xa0 la cr\xc3\xa9ation et au d\xc3\xa9veloppement de plans de communication et de bilans;
• Prendre en charge des projets touchant l\xe2\x80\x99image de marque et assurer la coordination avec des partenaires internes;
• Soutenir l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9volution continue de l\xe2\x80\x99image de marque de Gameloft Montr\xc3\xa9al;
• Contribuer \xc3\xa0 la planification, \xc3\xa0 l\'organisation et \xc3\xa0 la communication d\'\xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements internes et externes (\xc3\xa0 d\xc3\xa9terminer selon la situation)

We are currently looking for a communications and branding specialist who will actively participate in the studio\'s internal and external communications in collaboration with our communications director.

From the start of your adventure with us, you will be called upon to :

• Plan and implement branding initiatives and communications strategies to raise Gameloft Montreal\'s profile in the gaming industry, both locally and nationally;
• Collaborate to develop content for digital platforms and social media to better communicate what\'s happening at Gameloft Montreal, including updates on our current job openings;
• Plan and manage the studio\'s editorial calendar;
• Create and deliver digital visual elements for our daily internal and external communication needs;
• Participate in the creation and development of communication plans and reports;
• Take charge of branding projects and coordinate with internal partners;
• Support the ongoing evolution of Gameloft Montr\xc3\xa9al\'s brand image;
• Contribute to the planning, organization and communication of internal and external events (to be determined according to the situation);
• All related tasks;

Qualifications

Qualifications

Exp\xc3\xa9rience et comp\xc3\xa9tences recherch\xc3\xa9es :

• Dipl\xc3\xb4me en design, communication, ou domaine connexe (DEC ou BAC)
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience d\'au moins cinq ans dans un poste similaire
• Ma\xc3\xaetrise du fran\xc3\xa7ais et de l\xe2\x80\x99anglais
• Ma\xc3\xaetrise de la suite Adobe CC (Photoshop, , In Design, Acrobat, Adobe XD)
• Cr\xc3\xa9ativit\xc3\xa9 et sens critique
• Autonomie et initiative;
• Rigueur, souci du d\xc3\xa9tail et grande int\xc3\xa9grit\xc3\xa9 professionnelle;
• Poss\xc3\xa9dez une bonne compr\xc3\xa9hension du processus cr\xc3\xa9atif et la capacit\xc3\xa9 de transformer des id\xc3\xa9es en \xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9ments visuels convaincants qui r\xc3\xa9sonnent avec le public vis\xc3\xa9
• Avoir un grand int\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xaat pour la communication, le marketing, les m\xc3\xa9dias sociaux, les jeux vid\xc3\xa9o, et comprendre les tendances \xc3\xa9mergentes
• Poss\xc3\xa9der des comp\xc3\xa9tences en gestion du temps et en organisation, ainsi que la capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 \xc3\xa9tablir des priorit\xc3\xa9s et \xc3\xa0 effectuer plusieurs t\xc3\xa2ches en m\xc3\xaame temps

• Connaissances en UI et UX Design, un atout;

Qualifications

Experience and skills required:

• Degree in design, communications or related field (DEC or BAC)
• At least five years\' experience in a similar position
• Fluency in French and English
• Proficiency in Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, In Design, Acrobat, Adobe XD)
• Creativity and critical thinking skills
• Autonomy and initiative;
• Thoroughness, attention to detail and high professional integrity;
• Have a good understanding of the creative process and the ability to transform ideas into compelling visual elements that resonate with the target audience
• Have a strong interest in communication, marketing, social media, video games, and understand emerging trends
• Time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Experience in planning and creating editorial calendars for social media.
• Experience in creating landing pages and fluency in website layout, to collaborate on the creation of templates, an asset;
• Knowledge of UI and UX Design, an asset;
• Experience in developing and coordinating print materials an asset.
• Team spirit, high energy level, excellent work ethic and ability to work alone or as part of a team.
