Le Programme d'avions commerciaux A220 est a la recherche d'un

Specialiste D'evenements avions au sol

pour rejoindre notre equipe du Centre de Reponse Client (CRC) A220 base a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous travaillerez conjointement avec les autres departements d'Airbus pour soutenir les clients A220 du monde entier.


Vous ferez partie de l'equipe du Centre de Reponse Client responsable de fournir/coordonner le soutien requis pour permettre l'exploitation efficace de la flotte A220 dans le monde entier. L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie pour promouvoir l'autonomie, la collaboration transversale, le soutien mutuel et l'apprentissage collectif.


Votre role en tant que

Specialiste D'evenements avions au sol

sera d'etre responsable de la coordination des activites de remise en service entre les differentes equipes au sein d'Airbus pour les aeronefs en condition AOG a long terme et/ou apres des evenements anormaux, d'etablir des donnees de gouvernance et d'assurer la visibilite au sein de l'organisation ; d'identifier les opportunites de creer de l'efficacite et d'assurer la qualite.

Vos defis :



Developper et mettre en oeuvre des plans d'action, en collaboration avec des specialistes, pour ameliorer le delai de remise en service des aeronefs au sol "AOG" a long terme et repondre a la priorite attendue par le client; Identifier les specialistes requis au sein d'Airbus, des fournisseurs et/ou des partenaires pour assurer la resolution afin de remettre en service les aeronefs au sol apres un evenement anormal; Agir comme point focal du CRC, en coordination avec les Chefs de Quart et les Chefs d'equipe et avec d'autres departements d'Airbus tels que l'equipe de Reparation Majeure, l'Ingenierie en Service, etc. pendant les AOG prolonges; Assurer la visibilite client et la gestion de la base de donnees tout au long de la resolution du cas; Batir et maintenir un reseau de contacts avec les ressources disponibles, tant internes qu'externes; Coordonner activement la disponibilite des ressources assignees pour traiter tous les aspects de l'aeronef au sol; Communiquer les exigences de soutien, les opportunites d'amelioration et les problemes emergents a l'equipe de soutien a la clientele; Identifier les lacunes et signaler les tendances emergentes aux groupes fonctionnels appropries pour effectuer une analyse post-mortem; Agir en tant que responsable ultime du plan d'action requis pour resoudre les aeronefs au sol des clients en temps opportun; Escalader en interne au besoin pour accelerer la remise en service de l'aeronef.

Votre profil :



Vous avez cinq (5) ans d'experience dans l'industrie aeronautique avec une solide experience technique; Vous avez des connaissances dans les operations aeriennes; Vous avez des connaissances techniques de l'aeronef et/ou des processus et produits Airbus; Vous demontrez des competences de flexibilite, de gestion des priorites et de travail d'equipe dans un contexte sujet a des changements frequents et rapides; Vous etes capable de travailler en mode multitache; Vous avez demontre des competences en leadership et en resolution de problemes dans des situations critiques et complexes; Vous etes un excellent communicateur et vous etes capable d'influencer les autres; Vous excellez dans un environnement de service a la clientele; Vous etes bilingue a l'oral et a l'ecrit (francais et anglais).

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for an

Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) Specialist

to join our A220 Customer Response Center team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the other Airbus departments supporting A220 customers around the world.


You will be part of the Customer Response Center team responsible for providing/coordinating required support to enable efficient operation of the A220 fleet worldwide.


The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.


Your role as

Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) Specialist

will be to be responsible for coordinating the return to service activities between different team within Airbus for aircraft in long term AOG condition and/or post abnormal events, set governance data, and provide visibility within the organization; identify opportunities to create efficiency and execute on quality.

Your challenges:



Develop and implement action plans, in collaboration with specialists to improve the time to return long term grounded aircraft to service and meet customer expected priority; Identify the required specialists within Airbus, suppliers and/or partners to ensure the resolution to return aircraft on ground to service after an abnormal event; Act as a CRC Focal point within the CRC coordinating with Duty Managers and Section Chiefs and with other Airbus departments such as Major Repair team, In-Service Engineering, etc during extended AOGs; Ensure client visibility and database management throughout case resolution; Build and maintain a network of contacts with available resources, both internally and externally; Actively coordinate availability of resources assigned to address all aspects of the aircraft on ground; Communicate support requirements, improvement opportunities and emerging issues to the Customer Support team; Identify shortfalls and flag emerging trends to the appropriate functional groups to conduct post mortem analysis; Act as ultimate responsible on the required course of action to resolve customers' aircraft on ground in a timely manner; Escalate internally as needed to expedite aircraft Return to Service.

Your profile:



You have five (5) years of experience in the aviation industry with solid technical experience; You have knowledge in airline operations; You have technical knowledge of the aircraft and/or Airbus processes and products; You demonstrate skills of flexibility, priority management and teamwork in a context that is subject to frequent and rapid change; You are able to work in multitasking mode; You have demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills in critical and complex situations; You are an excellent communicator and you are able to influence other; You excel in a customer service environment.; You are bilingual in speaking and writing (French and English).
