Ce poste est entierement en presentiel a notre bureau du centre-ville de Montreal.

Responsabilites principals:



Creer et mettre a jour les profils des courtiers dans le logiciel de gestion des transactions de l'entreprise Traiter les paiements des courtiers pour les frais de l'entreprise, saisir les frais mensuels recurrents et gerer la facturation des courtiers Effectuer le suivi des soldes impayes et des informations de carte de credit expirees Preparer et envoyer les releves mensuels, trimestriels et annuels aux courtiers, incluant les rapports de ventes, rapports fiscaux et feuillets annuels T4A et RL-1 Repondre aux demandes des courtiers et collaborer avec l'equipe de comptabilite corporative concernant les retrofacturations et problemes de facturation Recevoir et deposer les paiements entrants, et faire correspondre les confirmations de paiement aux registres bancaires Gerer la correspondance liee aux transactions et collaborer avec le coordonnateur des transactions de l'entreprise au besoin Entrer les factures de transaction dans le logiciel de gestion des transactions de l'entreprise Traiter les versements aux courtiers, incluant la verification de tous les documents de paiement et ecritures comptables Verifier les depots en fideicommis et maintenir la correspondance avec les notaires et agences en lien avec les paiements de transactions Faciliter les transferts bancaires et paiements par virement au besoin

Sens aigu du service a la clientele Esprit rigoureux, organise et capable de gerer plusieurs taches a la fois Excellentes aptitudes en communication et relations interpersonnelles Capacite a travailler de facon autonome et en equipe Aptitude a evoluer dans un environnement dynamique Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit

Experience et formation:



Experience prealable dans le secteur immobilier Experience avec Acomba et Nexone consideree comme un atout

Sotheby's International Realty Quebec is looking for a professional and client-driven Client Care Specialist - Finance with a friendly and enthusiastic personality to join our Montreal team. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented with a strong track record of delivering exceptional client service. This role is fully in-office at our downtown Montreal office.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and update broker profiles in the company's transaction management software Process broker payments for company charges, post recurring monthly fees and manage broker invoices Follow up with brokers on outstanding balances and expired credit card information Prepare and send monthly, quarterly and annual statements to brokers, including sales reports, tax reports and annual T4A and RL1 slips Respond to broker inquiries and liaise with the corporate accounting team on chargeback and invoice issues Receive and deposit incoming payments, and match payment confirmations to bank records Handle transaction-related correspondence and liaise with the company's Transaction Coordinator as required Input transaction invoices into the company's transaction management software Process payment disbursements to brokers, including the verification of all payout documents and accounting entries Verify deposits held in trust and maintain correspondence with notaries and agencies in relation to transaction payments Facilitate bank transfers and wire payments as required
Required Skills:

Client-service mindset Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capable of working independently as well as part of a team Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Fluent in French and English, spoken and written
Experience and Education:

Previous real estate industry experience Experience with Acomba and Nexone is an asset
