Vos responsabilites inclus, mais ne se limitent pas qu'a :
Rediger et coordonner les communications internes et externes (memos, articles, communiques de presse, messages cles, publications LinkedIn, invitations, etc.).
Elaborer et implanter des strategies publicitaires engageantes tant sur les medias sociaux (LinkedIn) que sur les medias traditionnels afin de renforcer l'image de marque de l'entreprise.
Gerer le contenu de la page LinkedIn de Sandoz Canada : calendrier de publication, redaction, approbation, coordination de la collecte d'informations, creation de visuels, etc.
Faire une veille constante de la declaration d'effets indesirables sur les differents outils de communications externes.
Coordonner les efforts proactifs de relations avec les medias en preparant des listes de presse/medias, des fiches de journalistes, des argumentaires, etc.
Proceder aux approbations, revisions necessaires et en assurer la consolidation dans nos systemes.
Mener l'amelioration continue du site web d'entreprise.
Assurer la haute qualite des communications (revision de la redaction, la traduction, les elements graphiques, etc.).
Analyser l'impact des efforts de communications selon les elements de mesure etablis et recommander/implanter des ameliorations.
Preparer des presentations creatives et visuels alignes avec l'image de marque.
Mettre a jour les outils de communications internes et externes (intranet, site web, presentations, TV, etc.).
Contribuer a la logistique des evenements corporatifs.
Superviser les activites avec les fournisseurs et agences externes.
Former et encadrer les nouveaux stagiaires par rapport a leurs taches.
Contribuer a divers comites internes (DEI, Vert, Centraide, eKinergie, etc.).

Qualifications essentielles :
Baccalaureat en communication, marketing, relations publiques ou tout autre domaine connexe
Plus de 3-5 ans d'experience dans le domaine de la communication, notamment en redaction de communications ainsi que dans l'elaboration et l'implantation de strategies marketing externes (medias numeriques et traditionnels).
Experience avec les medias sociaux (LinkedIn, Viva Engage).
La maitrise du francais a l'oral comme a l'ecrit est obligatoire. En vertu de la nature de nos operations, une maitrise de l'anglais, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit, est requise pour des communications regulieres avec les clients, les partenaires et/ou les collegues, que ce soit au Canada ou a l'international.
Competences redactionnelles marquees.
Facilite a creer des visuels alignes a l'image de marque.
Facilite avec la technologie, notamment avec les logiciels de Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Excellente capacite a s'organiser et donner des priorites a ses taches.
Etre autonome, minutieux et oriente vers des resultats de qualite.

Qualifications souhaitees :

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Handle approvals and necessary revisions and ensure proper documentation in internal systems.
Drive continuous improvement of the corporate website.
Ensure high-quality communications, including reviewing writing, translations, graphic elements, etc.
Analyze the impact of communication efforts based on established metrics and recommend/implement improvements.
Prepare creative presentations and visuals aligned with the brand image.
Update internal and external communication tools (intranet, website, presentations, digital signage, etc.).
Contribute to the logistics of corporate events.
Oversee activities with external vendors and agencies.
Train and mentor new interns in their tasks.
Contribute to various internal committees (DEI, Green, Centraide, eKinergie, etc.).
What you'll bring to the role
:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or any other related field
More than 3-5 years of experience in the communications field, particularly in writing communications and developing and implementing external marketing strategies (digital and traditional media)
Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Viva Engage)
Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory. Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally.
Strong writing skills.
Ability to create visuals aligned with the brand image.
Comfortable with technology, particularly Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Autonomous, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality results.
