Le Spxc3xa9cialiste Clinique sera responsable de fournir des conseils cliniques et d'appliquer notre message clinique au nom de Coloplast auprxc3xa8s des clients et au sein de notre xc3xa9quipe de vente et de marketing. • Assister aux confxc3xa9rences et salons professionnels nationaux et rxc3xa9gionaux approuvxc3xa9s en tant que reprxc3xa9sentant de Coloplast, interagir avec les clients clxc3xa9s et assister aux programmes scientifiques. Dxc3xa9veloppement de programmes marketing :

• Dxc3xa9velopper l'xc3xa9ducation clinique pour les clients internes et externes en collaboration avec le marketing.
• Soutenir et former les employxc3xa9s de Coloplast sur l'utilisation des preuves cliniques pour soutenir le message de la marque des domaines d'activitxc3xa9.
• Comprendre et utiliser correctement les processus et systxc3xa8mes pour obtenir l'approbation des matxc3xa9riaux promotionnels avant leur utilisation.

• Aligner les ressources xc3xa9ducatives avec les initiatives de vente clxc3xa9s de l'unitxc3xa9 commerciale.
• Maximiser les ressources cliniques individuelles et les xc3xa9nergies vers le succxc3xa8s global de l'unitxc3xa9 commerciale et en accord avec les prioritxc3xa9s commerciales.

Qualifications de base

• Infirmier(xc3xa8re) autorisxc3xa9(e) avec un baccalaurxc3xa9at
• 5+ ans d'expxc3xa9rience dans un milieu clinique travaillant avec des patients et/ou des utilisateurs finaux
• Expxc3xa9rience antxc3xa9rieure dans l'industrie mxc3xa9dicale prxc3xa9fxc3xa9rxc3xa9e
• Volontxc3xa9 et capacitxc3xa9 de voyager xc3xa0 l'intxc3xa9rieur du pays, y compris la nuitxc3xa9e - jusqu'xc3xa0 30 %. Des voyages internationaux occasionnels aux xc3x89tats-Unis sont requis.

Coloplast is looking for a Clinical Specialist to join the Advanced Wound Dressings team in Canada. The Clinical Specialist will be responsible for providing clinical advisory needs and applying our clinical message on behalf of Coloplast with customers and within our sales and marketing team. As an experienced nurse, this individual provides clinical expertise in the areas of wound and skin care. Activities include clinical education & skills development for internal and external customers, providing clinical expertise related to Coloplast marketing initiatives, and developing materials to support business priorities. This is a remote position that supports our Canadian customers and commercial team. The ideal candidate will have easy access to a major airport and will be responsible for supporting Eastern Canada, inclusive of Quebec and Atlantic Canada.Major Areas of AccountabilityRepresent Coloplast as a Clinical Expert

• Maintain professional credentials and education to maintain status as a clinical expert through board certification as a nurse.
• Develop in conjunction with marketing and deliver educational programs to a diverse group of internal and external customers. These may be live, web-based or on-demand or on-line programs.
• Attend approved national and regional conferences and tradeshows as a Coloplast representative, interacting with key customers and attending scientific programs. Report back to the organization to share key learnings and impact to the business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). This includes developing KOLs to speak on behalf of Coloplast and enlisting their help in developing case studies and other evidence to support Coloplast products.
• Proatively attend education programs (webinars), read journals and articles, and report back to the organization to share key learnings and impact to the business.
• Act as a clinical liaison to the sales team to answer questions from customer and present at key sales meetings.
• Contribute posters and/or articles for professional publications that align with business priorities.

Marketing Program Development:

• Develop clinical education for internal and external customers in conjunction with marketing.
• Support and train Coloplast employees on the use of clinical evidence to support the brand message of the business areas.
• Understand and properly utilize the processes and systems to get promotional materials approved prior to use.

Sales Team Support

• Align educational resources with key sales initiatives of the business unit.
• Maximize individual clinical resources and energies towards overall success of business unit and aligned with business priorities.
• Own and execute clinical material for onboarding of all new hires.

Basic Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years' experience in a clinical setting working with patients and/or end users
• Previous medical industry experience preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically, including overnight - up to 30%. Occasional international travel required to the United States.
• Employees must possess a valid driver's license, as driving will be required for this position
• Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written communication)
