Le specialiste qualite est chargee d'assister l'organisation a promouvoir la culture qualite par la mise en oeuvre et le maintien des processus de qualite eleves. Il contribue a l'identification, a l'analyse et a la resolution des problemes de qualite, ainsi qu'a l'amelioration continue des processus.
Responsabilites :
Leader l'evaluation des processus de fabrication pour identifier les zones de non-conformite (QRRN)
Diriger les analyses RCI majeures (problemes critiques, recurrents ou a fort impact client).
Elaborer des plans d'action correctifs en cas de defaillances de qualite.
Recueillir des donnees sur les performances qualite a partir de diverses sources.
Analyser les donnees pour identifier les tendances, les causes profondes des problemes de qualite et les opportunites d'amelioration.
Conduire des projets pour coordonner les initiatives d'amelioration de la qualite.
Contribuer a la documentation des procedures de controle qualite et des processus d'assurance qualite.
Preparer des rapports periodiques sur les indicateurs de qualite et les initiatives d'amelioration.
Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les equipes de production, de maintenance d'ingenierie et de gestion de la qualite pour resoudre les problemes de qualite et mettre en oeuvre des solutions durables.
Participer a des reunions d'equipe (internes, externe, Multi site) et fournir un soutien dans la resolution de problemes.
Gerer les reclamations clients et fournisseurs (investigation, rapports et presentation).
Participer a la preparation et a la realisation des audits qualite, en veillant au respect des normes ISO et autres referentiels applicables.
Identifier, analyser et traiter les produits non conformes, tout en assurant le suivi des actions decidees jusqu'a leur resolution complete.
Etre responsable du processus d'audit LPA, analyser les resultats, interpreter les ecarts et mettre en place des plans d'action correctifs.
Piloter le programme d'etalonnage des equipements de mesure, en assurant leur conformite et leur bon fonctionnement.
Etre le point de contact principal pour la formation, le suivi, la validation des envois d'echantillons et la transmission des rapports analytiques aux clients et partenaires.
Assurer la mise a jour, la diffusion et l'archivage des documents qualite conformement aux exigences normatives.
Competences requises :
Formation en genie industriel, en qualite, en sciences ou dans un domaine connexe.
Utilisation d'outils et de methodes d'amelioration continue, tels que 5W, Pareto, fishbone etc.).
Connaissance en gestion des risques lies a la qualite des produits
Competences analytiques pour interpreter les donnees et identifier les tendances.

Quality Specialist
The Quality Specialist is responsible for assisting the organization in promoting a quality culture by implementing and maintaining high quality processes. They contribute to the identification, analysis and resolution of quality problems, as well as to the continuous improvement of processes.
Responsibilities:
Lead the evaluation of manufacturing processes to identify areas of non-conformance (QRRN).
Lead major ROI analyses (critical, recurring, or high customer-impact issues).
Develop corrective action plans in the event of quality issues.
Collect quality performance data from a variety of sources.
Analyze data to identify trends, root causes of quality problems, and improvement opportunities.
Lead projects to coordinate quality improvement initiatives.
Contribute to the documentation of quality control procedures and quality assurance processes.
Prepare periodic reports on quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
Partner with production, engineering maintenance, and quality management teams to resolve quality issues and implement sustainable solutions.

Manage customer and supplier complaints (investigation, reporting and presentation).
Participate in the preparation and implementation of quality audits, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and other applicable benchmarks.
Identify, analyze, and process non-compliant products while following up on the agreed actions until they are fully resolved.
Be responsible for the LPA audit process, analyze results, interpret discrepancies, and implement corrective action plans.
Oversee the calibration program for measuring equipment, ensuring its compliance and proper functioning.
Be the main point of contact for training, monitoring, validating sample shipments, and sending analytical reports to customers and partners.
Ensure that quality documents are updated, distributed, and archived in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Skills required:
Degree in industrial engineering, quality, science or related field.
Use of continuous improvement tools and methods (e.g. 5W, Pareto, fishbone, etc.).
Knowledge of product quality risk management.
Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
