Pilates on Plains & Bella Spa are expanding, and we are looking for passionate, client-focused wellness and beauty practitioners to join our growing boutique studio-spa in Aldershot, Burlington.

We have a beautiful private treatment room available for rental or contract use, ideal for practitioners who want to build their own business within a warm, supportive, community-driven environment. Our studio offers a steady flow of Pilates and spa clients, a peaceful atmosphere, and strong cross-promotion opportunities through classes, workshops, and in-studio events.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality wellness or beauty services within your scope of practice (e.g., massage, esthetics, lashes, acupuncture, reflexology, nutrition consultations, pelvic health coaching, Reiki, or osteopathic care). Create a welcoming, professional, and client-focused experience that aligns with the calm, supportive atmosphere of Pilates on Plains & Bella Spa. Manage your own bookings, client communication, and service schedule (room rental or contractor model). Part time receptionist on staff. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment space in accordance with industry standards and studio-spa protocols. Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service, professionalism, and consistent follow-up. Participate in cross-promotion efforts, wellness events, or seasonal studio-spa activities when appropriate. Maintain all required certifications, insurance, and professional registrations relevant to your field. Contribute to a positive, collaborative environment with fellow practitioners, instructors, and studio-spa staff.

Experience

Proven experience in massage therapy, esthetics, or holistic health practices is preferred. Certification or licensing AND insured in massage therapy, aesthetics, or related field. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. Strong knowledge of wellness products, treatment techniques, and safety procedures. Ability to maintain professionalism in a calm and welcoming manner in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience working in a spa or wellness setting is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates eager to learn.
