Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and personable Spa Therapist to provide exceptional skincare, body treatments, and guest services in a luxurious spa environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for wellness and beauty, and the ability to create a relaxing experience for clients. This role involves delivering a variety of treatments, promoting retail products, and ensuring guest satisfaction through outstanding service and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of spa treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and other skincare services Deliver personalized guest services with attention to detail and professionalism Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in treatment areas and equipment Provide product demos and educate clients on skincare routines and retail products Assist at the front desk with guest check-in, appointment scheduling, and answering inquiries Upsell spa packages and retail items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue Foster a welcoming atmosphere by demonstrating excellent customer service and hospitality skills Keep accurate records of treatments performed and client preferences Ensure all safety protocols are followed during treatments

Experience

Prior experience in a spa or salon environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific treatments Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients Knowledge of sanitation procedures relevant to skincare, nail care, and beauty treatments Experience in retail sales, upselling, or product demos is advantageous Familiarity with front desk operations or guest services enhances the ability to provide seamless client experiences Certification or training in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, or nail care is desirable but not mandatory A passion for hospitality, wellness, and beauty is essential for success in this role
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$43.45 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
