Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services and create a welcoming environment for clients. This role requires a passion for enhancing the well-being of others through various therapeutic techniques and services. The Therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments while ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Duties

Provide professional therapy services, including body waxing, nail care, and massage and facial treatment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Perform product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of various treatments. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations. Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience. Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained after each use. Foster a positive atmosphere by delivering excellent customer service and addressing any client concerns promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred. Proficiency in nail care, body waxing, massage and facial treatment application is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to demonstrate products confidently during client consultations. Experience managing front desk operations is a plus with JANE APP system but not required. A commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards in all aspects of work. At least 2-3 years professional experience is a must. Aesthetician Certification is required.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
