We are seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest services and enhancing the overall client experience. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of beauty treatments while ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and customer care.

Duties

Provide a range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, makeup application, and nail care. Perform eyelash extensions and hair styling services as needed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations. Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products. Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products for retail sales. Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments and managing guest inquiries. Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. Foster a welcoming environment that promotes hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients. Experience in retail sales, with an ability to promote products confidently. Proficiency in body waxing techniques, hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care. Ability to perform product demos effectively to engage clients in purchasing decisions. Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
