We are seeking a motivated and experienced Spa Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in retail management, and a passion for the wellness industry. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

Supervise and train sales staff to enhance their performance and product knowledge. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue. Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and pricing to optimize store presentation and profitability. Oversee cash handling procedures, including cashiering and bookkeeping tasks. Conduct interviews and participate in the recruiting process for new team members. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding payroll, budgeting, and administrative tasks. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high standards of customer service. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote spa services and products effectively. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or sales management, preferably within the spa or wellness industry. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and training & development. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions. Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for financial transactions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, and customer service best practices. Experience in administrative tasks related to payroll, budgeting, and bookkeeping is preferred. Ability to negotiate effectively with clients while maintaining professionalism.
