Key Responsibilities
Warmly welcoming clients and managing check-in/check-out
Managing bookings, confirmations, and rebookings
Coordinating therapist schedules and room flow

Supporting retail recommendations and promotions
Maintaining a polished, professional front-desk presence
Communicating clearly with therapists and management
