Job Description
We are hiring a Spa & Sales Associate (for a part time position 3-4 shifts/week) with Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa located at 228 Lakeshore road West, Port Credit - Mississauga, Ontario.
The Spa Associate is the first face and voice of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa for our clients. And the gate to the spa\'s amazing services. We need to hire a part-time.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome clients upon arrival and on the telephone
- Check in clients through booking system, and out after the services are completed
- Understand and manage spa operations - Frontdesk
- Tasks include answering phones, booking appointments and selling memberships, gift cards and upgrades
- Promote health and wellness benefits of massage and skin care
- Follow proper filing procedures and file maintenance
- Maintain back spa operation work
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance

\xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced and friendly environment
\xc2\xb7 Prior computer experience
\xc2\xb7 Sales focused - the ability to meet quotas and goals
\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated, mature and reliable to manage a shift
\xc2\xb7 Friendly and approachable
