To provide uncompromised attention to our guests and clients through facial and body treatments at Senses Spa and Boutique.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answers Spa front desk phone and books appointments for all treatments and services.
Provides accurate and timely information in a professional and friendly manner.
Greets guests upon arrival ensuring they are treated in a professional and courteous manner.
Checks out locker room keys to guests and escorts guests to sanctuary or treatment room.
Ensures confirmation calls of all appointments are done two (2) days prior to scheduled appointment.
Processes sales transactions and ensures that all transactions and payments are posted and entered accurately; maintains and balances cash drawer on a daily basis.
Responds to guest needs immediately and maintains excellent communication with Spa team.
Handles guest concerns with tact, diplomacy, and good judgment. At times requests the assistance from the Spa Manager.
Performs daily opening and closing procedures.
Ensures the Spa is clean and tidy at all times.
Follows and promotes all safety and fire regulations and procedures.
Professionally represents the Resort at all times by maintaining a clean, business appearance by way of uniform, neat appearance and excellent hygiene.
All other duties as assigned by Spa Manager / Supervisor.
Professional Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Aesthetics Diploma (preferred)
Personal Qualities:
Must be highly organized.
Must possess excellent diplomacy skills.
Must have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team-building skills.
Must be self-motivated and have excellent time management skills.
Ability to work safety in a fast-paced environment.
Honest and trustworthy.
