We seek a friendly and organized Spa Receptionist to join our team. As our clients' first point of contact, you will greet guests, manage bookings, and ensure the smooth operation of daily spa activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the spa
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage spa bookings
Provide information about spa services, products, and promotions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Handle payments and process transactions accurately
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and booking software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
A friendly and professional demeanor
