dynamic and experienced part-time front desk receptionist
to join our busy medical spa team. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for all clients and visitors.
This position requires
Saturday availability
and some flexibility for weekday or evening shifts as needed.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in clients with professionalism and warmth
Answer and respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments using spa booking software
Manage payments, operate POS systems, and balance cash
Assist clients with retail purchases and pre-booking of services
Actively support social media engagement (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining client records
Support spa operations including inventory, treatment room preparation, and light cleaning duties
Uphold clinic policies, procedures, and standards of customer service
Qualifications
High school diploma (required); diploma in
Medical Aesthetics or Spa Management
strongly preferred
Minimum
2 years of spa reception experience

Minimum
2 years of customer service experience
(required)
Basic knowledge of medical spa services and treatments (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, POS systems, and spa booking software
Familiarity with Canva for social media content creation
Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills
Experience managing business social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment
Saturday availability is required

Knowledge of additional languages (French is not required)
