Employment requirements
Must have prior work experience in luxury hotels or international resorts.
Minimum 5 years of spa or wellness industry experience.
Proven leadership and ability to train and motivate staff in a high-end service environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is required. Knowledge of an additional language will be considered an asset.
Recognition or awards for excellence in spa service considered an asset.
Comprehensive knowledge and ability in premium spa treatments, including Thai massage, Swedish massage, aromatherapy, facials, and Japanese head spa techniques.
Certification in massage therapy or spa treatments from a reputable and internationally recognized institution is required.
Must be dependable, with excellent attendance and ability to work without frequent absences.Job responsibilities
Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations of the spa (6 treatment beds). Supervise, train, and schedule staff; monitor performance and maintain high service standards. Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships. Implement health & safety standards and ensure compliance with BC regulations. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client concerns. Contribute to marketing initiatives and guest experience programs. Prepare reports on revenues, expenses, and operational performance

Pay: $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
