Job Summary

Oceanstone Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced

Spa Manager

to oversee day-to-day spa operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The Spa Manager leads the spa team, maintains service quality, and ensures the facility operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Operations

Oversee daily spa operations, including concierge, therapists, and spa attendants. Ensure all treatment rooms, hydrotherapy areas, reception, and common spaces are clean, safe, and guest-ready. Manage inventory and place supply orders as needed. Prepare the spa for seasonal changes, including staffing, service updates, and maintenance planning.

Staff Management

Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise spa staff. Monitor staff performance to ensure duties are completed according to job descriptions. Motivate and support team members to deliver professional, high-quality guest service. Adjust staffing levels based on occupancy, guest volume, and scheduling needs.

Guest Service & Experience

Ensure exceptional service throughout the entire guest journey--from check-in to treatment completion. Respond to guest concerns, complaints, and incident reports in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere.

Business & Communication

Communicate regularly with the resort's management team to align on goals and strategies. Participate in discussions about service improvements, revenue opportunities, and growth initiatives. Provide feedback on guest trends, staffing needs, and operational enhancements.

Qualifications

Previous experience in spa management or hospitality leadership (required). Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Passion for guest service and wellness.
