Job Description

As a Spa Reception & Guest Experience Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our spa guests. Your role goes beyond check-ins and phone calls. You will help set the tone for a guest's entire experience--ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, relaxed, and valued. You will support both the front desk operations and the daily flow of spa activities, working closely with therapists and management to maintain a seamless environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Manage spa reservations, scheduling, and confirmations while ensuring accuracy. Provide detailed information about treatments, products, promotions, and spa etiquette. Assist guests with check-in, check-out, payments, and any special requests. Coordinate with therapists and support staff to maintain smooth daily operations. Keep the reception area and retail displays organized, clean, and visually appealing. Handle guest concerns or feedback with empathy, clarity, and a solution-focused approach. Maintain accurate records, forms, and administrative documentation. Support retail sales by recommending products that align with guest needs. Uphold CEM Resorts' service standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, beauty, or customer service preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to multitask, remain organized, and stay calm under pressure. Comfortable using scheduling systems, POS tools, and standard computer applications. A genuine interest in wellness, guest care, and service excellence. Flexible availability, including weekends or evenings when required.
