New image College is looking for instructors to teach the following classesNail Design
Gel nail application
Acrylic nail application
Manicure
Pedicure
Lash Extensions
Threading.If you have over 5 years experience or have taught these areas before, then we want to interview you.Must be a patient and attentive person. Teaching requires extensive knowledge in the field you are teaching, you must be able to answer all questions for your students and be able to critique your student in a professional and knowledgeable manner.Fees range from 18.00 to 35 per hour depending on experience.
The right candidate: - Has extensive knowledge and experience in proper hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices required for successful esthetics practice.- Is able to teach theory with the New Image College designed curriculum as well as successfully demonstrate techniques on students.- Has excellent written/verbal communication and organization skills; you must be a good and patient communicator! We have a lot of international students.- Has the ability to appropriately assess students' progress, mentor and guide them and take the necessary steps to guide them efficiently to the completion by giving appropriate feedback.- Assumes ownership of their assigned class including instruction and management.- Has a complete and full product knowledge in the industry.- Has education in the field that demonstrates their knowledge and experience.- Detail oriented.- Is able to manage administrative processes such as marking and keeping records of students.- For Nail Technician: has a full understanding of the different existing techniques and products to perform nail extensions such as acrylic and hard gel, gel polish, poly gel, apres, etc. .. .and can perform various nail art designs and techniques.- Always looking to improve and share ideas.- Must be positive, punctual, multi-tasker, proactive. Must be able to problem-solve and resolve issues and conflicts immediately.- Must be proficient with Word and have a general understanding of how to use a computer.- Must have a natural ability to nurture and care for others. Creating a fun and productive environment that students love coming to is our goal. Teachers must provide motivation, mentorship, and inspiration.
