This course will be offered in virtual synchronous format. The course will be taught in a synchronous environment, using Zoom, at the scheduled day and time for the full 36 contact hours of the course.

Position Summary:

Taught in Spanish. An introduction to the Spanish language, for students with little or no knowledge of Spanish. Emphasis will be placed on basic grammar, practical vocabulary, and development of oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications - Required: Master\'s Degree

Qualifications -Other: Master in Spanish; native or near-native Spanish language competency; knowledge of media technology and valid pedagogical experience in second language teaching. The Hiring Committee will conduct individual interviews with chosen candidates.

Salary: $9,025.89 subject to CA, Article 25
