Reach your full potential today!JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team leader responsible for performance, compliance, and to identify areas and examples of exemplary service, recommendations for awards, opportunities for improvement, along with mentoring/coaching team members
  • Ensure we consistently meet/exceed corporate standards relating to safety, security, performance, and overall quality assurance standards for all services including Mobile, Static, and related LVM. Work with SOC, LVM, and responsible CSM\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Ensure ISO requirements are tracked and improved via field NCRs
  • Support the work of the JOHS Committee and work to champion a safe workplace
  • Collaborate with the CVIY Health and Safety Advisor to reinforce and maintain the Occupational Health & Safety policies and procedures
  • Assist in the training of new Mobile Patrol Drivers
  • Safely operate a company vehicle in accordance with all laws and regulations
  • Conduct security checks at client sites according to service standards
  • Effectively utilize scheduling and reporting tools such as TrackTik
  • Conduct alarm response to client sites as needed
  • Conduct House Watch patrols as required
  • Support and check on team members deployed at customer sites
  • Ensure incident and shift reports are completed including run sheets, vehicle inspection reports, incident reports and alarm reports
  • Incident reporting
  • Ensure vehicles are kept clean and washed as required
  • Maintain high standard of work ethic and professionalism
  • Promote a respectful workplace by displaying a courteous, professional attitude.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Must possess a valid B.C. security worker license
  • Must possess a valid OFA 1 certificate or be willing to obtain
  • Must possess a class 5 BC driver\'s license with a clean driver\xe2\x80\x99s abstract
  • You have excellent critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency with report writing
  • Interact with team members, customers and the public in a respectful, professional manner
  • Always exercise a keen sense of personal safety
  • Previous mobile patrol experience an asset
